IFTA full list of winners

Here are the big wins, and biggest moments from The IFTAs.

The Red carpet was swarmed from every glamorous celebrity to their plus one. plenty of emotions and plenty of well deserved wins were the highlight of the night, while celebrating standout Irish and international talent across film and television.

In the drama acting categories, Lola Petticrew had a major night, taking home Lead Actress – Drama for Trespasses. Chris Walley scored Supporting Actor – Drama for The Young Offenders, while Alison Oliver continued her impressive rise with a Supporting Actress – Drama win for Task.

The international categories didn’t hold back either. Hamnet claimed Best International Film, with Leonardo DiCaprio winning Best International Actor for One Battle After Another. Emma Stone picked up Best International Actress for Bugonia, adding another highlight to an already stacked career.

Beyond the performance awards, the ceremony also spotlighted powerful storytelling. A Want in Her earned the George Morrison Feature Documentary award, while Nostalgie won the Redbreast Unhidden Short Film prize. Retirement Plan secured Animated Short Film, proving once again that short-form storytelling continues to thrive.

Craft categories showcased the creative forces behind the screen. Christy had a strong showing, with Amy Rowan winning Casting and Allyn Quigley recognised for Editing. Seamus McGarvey claimed Cinematography for Die My Love, and legendary designer Consolata Boyle took Costume Design for Blue Moon.

Meanwhile, Wednesday picked up Production Design honors for Philip Murphy and Neville Gaynor, while Natalie Reid won Makeup & Hair for Trespasses. Sound, Original Music, and VFX awards further highlighted the depth of talent across the industry.

From breakthrough performances to world-class craft, this year’s IFTAs delivered a reminder of just how strong Irish film and television continues to be, and yes, the vibes were buzzing!!!!
