Emerald Park is bringing back its popular Hop & Hunt this Easter, running from April 2nd to April 6th, with 12,000 chocolate eggs hidden around the park. After last year’s success, the event will be even bigger, with a new option called Little Bunny Mornings, an early visit time made for younger children who prefer a quieter and calmer experience before the park gets busy.

Just 20 minutes from Dublin in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, Emerald Park will once again transform into an Easter wonderland. Families can pick up a Hop & Hunt map, follow a themed trail through the Zoo and Junior Zone, collect stamps along the way, and claim a chocolate egg at the end — with a chance for a golden ticket surprise.

The Big Top Tent will host Easter arts and crafts, giant games, and a competition to win a return trip to the park, while the Zoo will feature Giant Rabbit talks and interactive Bio Facts sessions, giving visitors the chance to learn more about the animal kingdom during the day.

The Junior Zone and Zoo will be filled with Easter fun, with festive decorations and popular rides like the Crazy Bus, Ladybird Loop and Flight School, perfect between egg-hunting adventures. Entry to Hop & Hunt is included with all Emerald Park tickets.

New for 2026, Little Bunny Mornings offers a quieter, pre-booked Easter experience for children aged 2–4 on April 2nd and 3rd, featuring story time, a meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny, dancing, and a visit to the Giant Rabbit Habitat.

Alongside the Easter event, visitors can enjoy the Junior Zone, playgrounds, petting farm, zoo and thrill rides including the Cú Chulainn Coaster, Viking Voyage and Tír na nÓg. Tickets are available now at EmeraldPark.ie.
